CATS Service desk is single point of contact for all computer, technology and IT related questions, issues and support at GITAM at all its three campuses. GITAM students, staff and faculty are able to lodge a complaint or issue online about any IT services in the campus. This ticketing system allows the users to open a ticket and track the ticket for work progress. CATS resolves about 50 tickets on average a day.

The Service desk is used by the students, staff and faculty to raise issues on:

  • Hardware support
  • Email Service
  • CCTV issues
  • UPS issues etc.,
